The Organising Committee reserves the right to amend or add any sponsorship package and accept any sponsorship offer, listed or unlisted, at any time and without notice.
The organisers make no warranty as to the number of delegates and/or visitors that may attend the exhibition and/or associated Conference.
Public and Product Liability Insurance
Australian regulations require all exhibitors to have adequate Public and Product Liability Insurance cover based on a limit of indemnity to the value of A$10,000,000 or above. This refers to damage or injury caused to third parties / visitors on or in the vicinity of an exhibition stand. Exhibitors are required to submit their Public Liability Insurance Certificate along with their booking form.
Inclusion of corporate logos or recognition in printed material is subject to meeting publication deadlines.
In the event that the Conference is cancelled or delayed through no fault of the Organiser, the venue or Conference Secretariat including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, natural disasters, acts of God, civil disorders, riots, insurrections, work stoppages, slowdowns or disputes, or other similar events then the exhibitor/sponsor shall not be entitled to any refund or claim for any loss or damage
Exhibitor Staff Pass
The Exhibitor Staff registration entitles the holder to staff your exhibition stand and includes daily catering, satchel and program book. The holder of an Exhibitor Staff Pass is not entitled to attend conference sessions. Extra Exhibitor Staff Pass registrations can be purchased at a cost of $110.00 (inc. GST) per person. Full Conference Registrations or Day Registrations can be purchased online.
Cancellations received up to 28 February 2016 will incur a 50% penalty of package value. The balance of payment will be returned. All benefits will cease immediately (website recognition etc.). Cancellation received from 01 March 2016 will forfeit full package value.
